Junior Digital Marketing Manager

We are seeking a proactive Junior Digital Marketing Specialist to join our studio team and support the execution of digital marketing activities across a diverse portfolio of clients. The role involves content planning, digital channel management, and performance tracking across various industries and platforms.

• Support the development and coordination of monthly content calendars for multiple clients across platforms such as social media, websites, and e-commerce channels. • Create and adapt engaging content tailored to each client’s brand voice and audience. • Schedule and publish posts, push notifications, as part of client campaigns. • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and reviews on behalf of clients, maintaining brand tone and consistency. • Help keep client platforms updated with accurate product details, offers, pricing, and visual assets. • Assist in gathering and reporting performance metrics from various channels (e.g., social media insights, Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite) and prepare simple reports for internal use or client review.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field. • 0–2 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably within an agency or multi-client environment. • Strong writing and communication skills with attention to detail. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and adapt to different brand styles and voices. • Familiarity with content scheduling tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Later, Buffer) and basic understanding of digital KPIs. • Bonus: experience with e-commerce platforms, loyalty programs, or CRM tools.
